Has anyone actually received a replacement Charge 3 since the firmware upgrade?

Yes I got one about 10 days ago. That one was itself a replacement for a previous faulty one. I had the replacement about 8 weeks before running the firmware upgrade after which display had dimmed and the reminders to move stopped working. The replacement worked well for a few days and now the reminders have failed again and I don’t get the vibration celebrations when I reach daily goals.
I gave my sister my old Charge 2 when I upgraded to the Charge 3. Her old one is still working perfectly whilst I have repeated problems with this more expensive model.
