When I first got my Fitbit, I could wake it up by a flick of my wrist or a tap on the screen.  Now the only way to wake it up is by pressing the "on" button on the side.  Any suggestions?

Thank you for your question about how to turn on the screen of your Fitbit Charge 3 when you turn your wrist toward you.

 

Please press and hold the button of your Charge 3, and swipe left to access the quick settings screen. Tap the Screen Wake setting to turn it on.
