My charge 3 unpaired from my iPhone when I switched phones. Tried to pair it again but it cannot end the pairing. I tried deleting the app and downloading it again. And I tried restarting the phone and turning Bluetooth on and off. Nothing has worked

Do you still have your old phone? If so, make sure it doesn’t still have a connection to the tracker in its bluetooth settings as this could be blocking connection to your new phone.

Thank you! You were right, it was still paired to my old phone. I unpaired them and this helped me go one step further: it sends a 4 digit code to the charge 3. But now the code appears very quickly and sometimes I don’t get to see it and when I think I do it doesn’t work in the phone. I’m attaching A picture of what appears on the screen:

I'm sorry but I don't know what to suggest other than to keep trying. If nobody else is able to help here in the community, you could try customer support via contact.fitbit.com They may be able to see what's happening from the server side.
