Charge 3 unpairs from my account

Why is the charge 3 in the unpair mode at least 4 times a day! Again!

I'm sorry to hear about the difficulties you experienced with your Fitbit Charge 3.

 

Please make sure Power Saving Mode is turned off on your device. This mode frequently causes the device to disable Bluetooth.

 

In addition, make sure to have the latest firmware version for your Tracker (1.88.11). For instructions on how to check your current version and update, please visit this article and open the menu "How do I find the version number for my Fitbit device?".

 

Our team has recently released a new Fitbit app version (3.48). You can find instructions to verify your current version in this article in the menu "How do I update the Fitbit app?".

This feature is located on your phone. It can be found as Low Power Mode or Battery Saver.

I have neither a power saving mode or a battery saver.
