Charge 3 unresponsive and it won't turn on

My charge 3 randomly started vibrating non-stop (what I would characterize as a pulsating vibration).  Took it off my wrist and set it aside for a little while.  When I looked at it shortly thereafter, the screen had blacked out and it is now totally unresponsive. 

I've tried all of the hard restarts and the screen still won't switch on again.  The sensors on the back also appear to remain off. 

Please advise.

Hi @boomer517, welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'd like to follow up and help you with your Charge 3 since it became unresponsive and it won't turn on. By the way, thank you for trying to get this issue resolved before contacting our forums.

I would like to know if your Charge 3 vibrates when you put it on the charger. In the meantime, try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. This article contains steps that you already tried but you can skip them and proceed with the rest. After this, charge your tracker for 2-3 hours and see if it comes back to life.

It was fully charged prior to the problem occurring. I also left it on the charger overnight to no avail. It does not vibrate when I attach the charging cable and I’ve performed all the steps you recommended in your response multiple times. 

Hope that answers all your questions. Please let me know how you’d suggest I proceed from here.
