Help! Customer service couldn’t help me! I depend on the silent alarm function on my Charge 3 but since my update last night, there is no longer a tab for it. Can anyone tell me how to set the silent alarm?

What's changed
You can now set alarms on your device and use Smart Wake. Note the following:
on Charge 3 and tap + Set up a new alarm. Tap the check mark to save and make sure it’s set.

how do you open the alarm app now? It is gone from the android phone after the update, and as i scroll through the stuff on the fitbit there is nothing related to an alarm. Why would you remove it from the phone it was so easy to set?

From main clock face, scroll right to 'Alarms'.
. You see your next scheduled alarms and the option to set a new alarm.
than the other alarms
on your device.

Why did the update include this mess? I used the silent alarms mostly for my med management so I'd never forget to take them the update happened and they were gone. Thanks for explaining on how to get them back, but having a disability means you spend 45 minutes setting up your 8 alarms again when the phone interface was better.
Do all trackers do it on the device now?

You can only swipe on the device until you get to alarms, and if you can see well enough, you have to set the alarms on that. It's really a backward step.
I would like to know if the new Charge 4 has the ability to set the alarms on the app. That would mean that people would be motivated to purchase a newer model.

Your instructions would be great except WHERE the heck is the Alarms app on the Charge 3? I can see on the app on my phone it’s supposedly installed, but if I hold the button down on the device all I get is DND, Sleep (dims the screen), and Screen Wake. Am I missing something? Already tried resetting the device, but nothing changed.

I agree thanks for your help but why down grade a feature. This is way more messy and less user friendly. MAke a product better not worse!

The upgrades to the app has removed silent alarms and notifications. The Fitbit is now useless. Am recommending that intending purchasers look for another brand.

Thanks for instructions but I think the great feature is lost. New way of setting alarms is pretty useless.

I’m very disappointed in my Charge 3. The alarm is difficult to set and vibrations are not working, so it’s useless. I wish I hadn’t purchased it!
Agree with Rowena T. Time to find another brand! Goodbye Fitbit!
