Charge 3 update not showing on fitbit app ios

Hi,

I’ve been looking on the FitBit community and heard things as charge 3 colours so I tried on the FitBit app to see if there was an update or anything but nothing. I did notice some clock faces but it says no picture currently and you have to have such an update and it takes me straight to Fitbit help. I have tried contacted Fitbit 1 to 1 help but I couldn’t get with anyone. Just me? Any help.

The clock faces for the Fitbit Charge 3 are available in black and white. Currently, the latest firmware version of your Tracker is 1.88.11 and the version of the Fitbit app is 3.40.1 on iOS and Android devices. For instructions on how to check your firmware version, please visit this article and open the menu "How do I find the version number for my Fitbit device?".
