After charging this morning my Fitbit charge 3 is displaying wide grey vertical lines which will not disappear. I have tried a reset.  It is within warranty only purchased in may. How do I return it for a replacement please?
thanks

hi, did you receive a resolution for your device?  Same issue here.  This is my 3rd Fitbit and not sure I will be purchasing again.  They don't last.

No one has resolved the issue yet. Only had this since May and not very impressed!

Hello......i am seeing these horizontal lines on my Charge 3....had it for over a year and realize the warranty has passed.  But i am disappointed that it hasn't last very long.  This is my 3rd one.

@kwonza60 @Maroe222 It's good that the community is growing!

Sorry to hear that your Charge 3 screen isn't working as it should. You don't mention any troubleshoots so I want to confirm that you have tried restarting your tracker by doing the following:

  1. Plug the charging cable into the USB port on your computer or any UL-certified USB wall charger.
  2. Clip the other end of the charging cable to the port on the back of the tracker. The pins on the charging cable must lock securely with the port.
  3. Make sure the button on your tracker is aligned with the button opening on the charging cable. You’ll know the connection is secure when the tracker vibrates and you see a battery icon on your tracker’s display.
  4. Press and hold the button on your tracker for 8 seconds. Release the button. When you see a smile icon and the tracker vibrates, the tracker restarted.
  5. Disconnect your tracker from the charging cable.

@SarahBond77 I reached out to Support and they informed me that they have maintained communication with you so I would like to know if they were able to help you.

I look forward to your reply.
