Charge 3 vertical lines on the screen

I charged my Charge 3 last night and now I have vertical lines on the screen.  I have changed the clock faces several times today.  Any help would be appreciated.

I'd recommend to restart your tracker by following the steps provided in the article: How do I restart my Fitbit device?

I also have had this happen after charging it. I have changed the clock faces and done a long reboot.  The screen is still full of white lines.

I tried to reboot it tonight and it is still the same with the lines.

What a joke. This obviously a self-destructing device not built to last.

 

This Fitbit was given to me in January 2019, but my wife activated it for me in December 2018. The ONE YEAR warranty has expired by 4 weeks apparently so they offered a 25% discount off selected devices or a Mulberry coloured versa fit lite for 40% off.   

Garmin, here I come!
