My charge 3 is about a year old. Last week I had vertical white lines appear on the screen, which at first partially obscured the screen but got gradually worse over the course of about 3 days to the point almost nothing and then absolutely nothing showed on the screen. A reboot while plugged in had no effect. The Fitbit still counts steps - which I only know because I see them on the app on my phone- and vibrates as if to give notifications but the screen is completely dark. To me it seemed like it must be some damage to the display, though it doesn’t look damaged or cracked.
