Charge 3 vibrates and stuck on screen

Hi

I'm having some trouble with my charge 3 any suggestions on what to do?

 

It startet vibrate and jumping between different screens. It was so much I wasn't able to go to settings and reboot the Fitbit. So I tried doing the soft reboot. Now it's stuck on the screen showing sleep and screen wake and still vibrate.

 

If I try restarting it now it will just vibrate the whole time I press the power button. 

 

I also tried sync with the app but it can't sync right now and haven't sync for days. 

 

After searching online on forum I saw I could try this but nothing happen when I try long restart
