Hi Fitbit,
I'm having the exact same issue with mine, I have it hooked up to the recharger, it has a blank screen, trying to restart with no success. Trying to change the clock face repeatedly with no success. Is there any other advice you have on these forums? Is there a software fix coming soon for this? I bought the Charge 3 from PC world a few months ago so its pretty much brand new!

I have tried everything that was given. When flipping the watch over instead of green lights there is a red one and it just buzzes and won't link to the app. How do we fix this issue?

So ive had my charge 3 for less than a month after having my charge 2 for nearly two years with no problems at all.
really disappointed with the charge 3 I've got the blank screen issue, I've tried the reset options but don't get anything at all on the display. I also cant sync to the fitbit to try and change the clock face.
all I get is a vibrate when I hold down the button which last for 5 seconds roughly nothing else. is my unit bricked?

I am having the same issue, I have tried to reset multiple times and the fitbit will vibrate but the screen stays black. When I open the app, it says that the fitbit is connected, when I try to change the clock face it says that it is having problems connecting to the fitbit. This morning there was a red light on the fitbit the first time I tried to reset, now there are no lights.
I have had to reset this fitbit multiple times and it is constantly not syncing with my app. At first I was thinking it might be my phone, but now I'm convinced this fitbit is defective as I have had it for less than six months. Can you please advise as to how to resolve this issue, and if it cannot be resolved can it be replaced? Thanks in advance.

Hello my Device has a black screen but when I press the button on the side it vibrates but nothing shows I have tried to put it on the charger when I open the app it says it is fully charged

My charge 3 face went black. It is synching and vibrates but nothing is showing on the screen. I tried to change clock face and doi g a reset with the charging cable but neither works.

Please send me these directions as week, since I am having the same problem. Also have not been able to sync my Fitbit Charge 3 since March. Makes me question why I even keep the thing since it doesn't work.

Also have the blank screen. Have a fully charged Fitbit, have done the reset (holding for 15 seconds) - no smiley, changed the clock face and even deleted the charge3 and tried to set it up again. Blank screen throughout and now can’t get the 4 digit code to set it up since screen is blank.

Same problem here. Been 2 days and tried every solution possible here, but still doesn't work. Had Fitbit 1, problem with band disintegrating, Fitbit 2 was good, but not water proof, Fitbit 3 suppose to be better, but it's got so much more issues than the previous models in terms of software and usability.

First off, the screen is black, 2nd, it doesn't sync, 3rd, it won't reset (holding the reset button on a charger for some say 8 sec some say 15 sec...doesn't work either way). There are just no response what so ever. And to change the clock faces? It doesn't sync! You need it to sync to be able to change it! I don't see how this is even a solution and how some got them to work. There is a tracker update red tap, but again, can not sync so I can't update. "Make sure the display turns on when you press the button. If nothing happens, plug it into the charger." Plugged in, but hey, the screen is black. So I'm stuck with a device that can't sync, black screen(Can't see), and there is an update that I can't get to. No solution out here that solves it now. I bought this in the States, now I'm abroad which makes it even harder to get a hands on support .

Ditto here: We've charged for the last 48 hours. Tried to reset the clock face but, as reported throughout this thread, the Fitbit app replies the Charge 3 isn't on (yet it says the battery is full ?!?!). What hoops do you need to go through to replace or be reimbursed? It's a shame because it's the style we've liked best but "pretty and useless" means it's simply pretty useless.

My charge 3 had same issue. Leave it run out of battery so it resets itself. Charge it to 30% the screen should be on now. Full reset all data everything and away you go. I got sent a new one give it to my son and works fine.

I have tried a restart, a click face change bout to no avail. I know it is syncing as I get the buzzes but nothing is displayed on the screen. Help!
