Screen is still black, still vibrates and syncs. It refuses to restart and changing clock faces does nothing. What next?

Charge 3 blank screen but vibrates. Have tried everything suggested to no avail. Tried reset, tried changing clock face. Purchased 11/19.

My screen went blank as well. I did the restart function several times to no avail. I then changed the clock face several times. Nothing has worked - the screen is still black. The watch vibrates when I push the side button and when I dock it on the charger, but the screen does not change - stays black. What else can I do to fix this problem?

I've been dealing with this issues since last Friday. I've tried EVERYTHING - all the suggested fixes and nothing works. It miraculously just started working yesterday for a few hours and then went black again. Clearly there something went awry on the backend technology. You should all just issue a global update to fix the problem. It's exhausting being on these community boards every day searching for a resolution. You are not customer obsessed. Just fix it.

I was a lover of the Fitbit. I had started with a charge 2 and enjoyed it until I realized I needed something water resistant/waterproof really. I’ve since given it to my step daughter and continues to work well for her. So I upgraded to charge 3 and after getting 4 only 1 worked for a week and the others which were brand new after replacing one and purchasing another one. The last one started with a blank screen called c/s tried everything and to no avail, nothing worked. I’d given up and was done with Fitbit. I finally broke down and purchased an Apple series 5 watch and I’ve been very happy with it.,It has more features than any fit watch and still have a lot to learn to use it best to my advantage.

My Charge 3 still wont turn on after all the trouble shooting tips...I called fitbit and the person said he can offer me.25% off another fitbit... Sorry, but I will not be buying another fitbit if it only lasts 15 months...

Hi, I am have tried resetting, changing the clock face and my screen is still blank. Every now and then scattered pixels will come up but that's all...

This is happening to me. Vibrating every 4 sec. with a black screen. App says it can’t connect to the charge 3. Have tried to reset it, no change. Help!

I opened the Fitbit app on my phone and changed the clock face. it worked right away!

same here, the screen is no respond, i bought it in November 2019.
At first, the screen have 1 black line since February 2020, the black line increase to 3 since April 2020, then now, it is totally black.
The Watch still have vibrations, can count steps, can connect to the Apps, but the screen is still black.
any help?
