Steve, tried what you suggested. Then when it didn't work, I got in touch with company. Basically they just told me it was out of warranty and to buy a new one. BUT what worked for me was letting the battery run completely down till it no longer vibrated when the side was pushed. Then I charged it and when I did the battery symbol showed up for the first time since the screen issue started. After taking it off the charger the display worked!! Problem solved ...for now.

I have had the same response from Fitbit last night and an email to confirm this. This is my second Fitbit Charge 3 and the one I have is a replacement which was sent to me in January last year, so with the 2 year warranty they offer it should not be out of warranty. I will try what you suggested about letting it run out of battery. I have had it on charge this morning so will have a long time without a watch as I do need it for my steps and activity. Will see how I go.

Me too. Wish I had not bought the Aria Air scales now. Cant return them as I have had them a few weeks. Would if I could to get away from Fitbit.
