Charge 3 vibrates but blank screen

Fully charged.....blank screen.....vibrates when button is pushed

Contact fitbit support directly. They were able to send me a new fitbit (not band).

I am having the same problem, it just viberates. Tried resetting just get the smiley face then nothing. Won't sync so I can't change the clock face.

This same thing is happening to my Charge 3. I attempted to plug it in and hold for 15 seconds, remove device and replug into charger. I’ve done this several times with no successes. I also tried changing the clock face, but my charge 3 does is not syncing to the app. Please advise.

I have this problem too, but cannot swipe to restart as I had turned my screen off for bedtime. Also I cannot change the clock face on the app as ‘not connected’. Please help!

I ended up calling Fitbit customer service.  They tried to help me fix it over the phone to no avail. Sent me a new one since it was less than a year since I had bought it.Hope this helps.

I have tried restarting my Fitbit however, the screen is still blank. If I press the button it vibrates but nothing comes up on the screen.

I am having the exact same issue. My charge 3 was given to me as a Christmas gift last year so I have no proof of purchase. I am unable to get the screen to turn on or reset via the cable or changing the clock face.  Is replacing the unit the only solution? Will this also happen to the replacement unit as well down the track? I have attempted all the solutions on this board already!

Fitbit contacted me directly by email in the end.  We did fix it by following this;

*connect to charger

*push & hold button for 15 seconds

*disconnect charger

*reconnect charger

This worked for me, good luck!

yeah no luck for me with those either but customer service were really great and they are sending me a replacement.

This is the exact same problem I’m experiencing, too. I bought mine in Tchoupitoulas in New Orleans last May and if I don’t this doesn’t get resolved, I’ll ask for a replacement. I’m really disappointed with my Charge 3.

Hi,
I have come to the conclusion that Fitbit frankly sucks. I’m on my third
one(they replaced the first and second which had the same problem) now the
third one is ok so far but taking into account the failures of the other 2
it’s just a question of time until the last one will suffer the same faith
lol! I’m not throwing them away since google acquired the company, who
knows, maybe they can fix it😩
