Not me they said they couldn't verify
Anyway I believe it's not good service at all and bad quality to see an expensive item break like this before a year.
They should automatically replace the stone or pay to replace the bulb.

Never again

I did dishes with mine on and now it's toast!   Only 16months of use, clearly a defect because they state safe upto 50 feet of water.  Dish water 😤?  Out of warranty so i had to replace but holding out hope it will come back to life.

I am also very frustrated by this issue. Spent a lot of time in help forms. Nothing works. Ifitbit responds as I can feel vibration but because of the black screen, can't see anything!

Can you see that yours is sync'd to your phone from the dashboard?

I can see that and that it is fully charged so I just think I've got to
break the code or that Fitbit would honor the faulty watch.

Errrgggg!

I’ve been looking into alternatives, too. (She said, on the Fitbit forum!). Let me know if you guys come up with any good alternatives!

My Fitbit screen went completely black. I spent half hour in blacked out room following advice from a fellow forum member. I blindly swiped 4 times to the left, brought me settings, one press to brightness, one press to normal and the light came on quite brightly. It lasted about 12 hours. Now it's black again

Hi,

I made the same mistake of unpairing the device and was unable to pair it back for the same reason you mention. Finally, today I got on the Live Chat with their support. Since my device is still under warranty they are sending me the shipping instructions to return it for a replacement. I am currently waiting for these instructions.

I suggest you contact their Live Chat. They seem to be quite responsive there.

Regards,

Didn't. Went on the online chat and did all Phil told me. Nothing worked so he said that since I am a long time customer and my fit bit was 18 months old it was out of warranty. But he will give me 35% off a new one. I told him I can't afford to replace fit bit every 28 months or sooner. And why would I since it' has so many complaints. Phil said ok. Too bad. I am so angry. Especially BC my daughter just bought one on my recommendation

The warranty for these is 2 years if you are in the EU

LIMITED PRODUCT WARRANTY FOR NEW PRODUCTS
Fitbit warrants to the original purchaser that your Fitbit-branded device and accessories that are new (the "New Product(s)") shall be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase, except that if you reside in the European Economic Area (EEA) and you purchased your Fitbit product in the EEA, the warranty period is two (2) years from the date of purchase (the "New Product Warranty Period").

No. Am from Canada and the warranty is 365 days. My watch is 18 months old not 28 as stated. Typo. So sad.

Definite glitch in this fitbit3. Too bad they won't take responsibility. Really makes you want to not buy another product.
