Charge 3 vibrates but blank screen

Hi Fitbit team

My Charge 3 fitbit isnt working, it vibrates when we push the side button or put on charging cable but doesnt show anything on the screen.

I have tried to do the long restart but no result. Screen remains blank.

At present Charge 3 is not connected with any phone as I need it to setup on new phone.

Hi @Asheesh.  It sounds like your Charge 3 screen failed.  Unfortunately, this seems to be very common with the Charge 3.

Hi there

My Charge 3 fitbit is not working, it vibrates when push the side button or put on charging cable but doesnt show anything on the screen. Screen is just completely black and there are no green lights on the back

It was intermittently vibrating last week before going off and I cannot sync the device to my phone 

I have tried to do the long restart and it vibrates but nothing else happens and the screen remains black.

I have tried a different charging cable but no joy can you assist please
