Bought 2 Charge 3s in January this year. Both have stopped working within a week of each other with very similar issues. The displays went black on both and when placed on the charger the devices will vibrate when the button is pressed. One will restart but will not charge enough even after overnight on charge to last more than an hour or so, the other will just not restart at all. Have tried many solutions from the helpful community here but they seem to have some pretty severe battery issue. Bit disappointing as my son has used my about quarter as much as mine and still couldnt get 12 months.
