I have a black screen and it won't charge, restart nor sync. Doesn't show the battery anymore when I put it on the charger and when I try to restart it by holding the button, it just vibrates but nothing else. Tried changing clock face but it can't because app shows the last sync was 4 hrs ago. Help please!

Couldn't fix but Fitbit is sending me a replacement. Great customer service! Less than 2 days and issue resolved. Thanks!!
