Charge 3 vibrating and changing to dnd screen

My charge 3 keeps vibrating whenever it us on the home screen. If I go to look at it my turning my wrist it automatically goes onto the dnd screen and when I press the the button to go back to the home screen it vibrates constantly. Sometimes it will not go onto the home screen and just flicks straight back onto the dnd screen. I have tried a restart but it doesn't help. I've only had this charge 3 since April.
