Last night my Charge 3 started going crazy. It was continuously vibrating and the screen was flashing between the home screen and menu screen. I connected it to the charger to restart but this seemed to make it worse. I took it off and let the battery drain. This morning I connected to the charger but as soon as it got enough charge it went crazy again. Has this happened to anyone else? Other than restarting, which is not working, what else can be done to get my Fitbit back in working order.
**I have not gotten my Fitbit wet, except for the usual sweat from working out.
Thanks!

I needed to update the app on my phone. So... we will see if this makes any difference. I did get a case number, in case it continues.

Hi Deb, this happened to me and I wrote a strong letter to customer relations and asked them to honor the warrantee and NOT just send me a coupon to buy another one. I received a replacement in the mail soon after (didnt match the color i had--but was perfect since i just got a wristband of the color they replaced it with---just my luck!) and it did not come with a wristband or charger so dont throw those out. Good luck
