Hi have a new charge 3 - I have synced it & downloaded the software updates. It seemed fine while this was happening.
i have put it on my arm twice , pretty much straight away the screen goes black, the watch seems to vibrate continuously & it loses charge . While it is malfunctioning it cant sync with the app. To stop it vibrating I have to put it back on the charger…
I have rebooted it to no avail. Any solutions ?
