Charge 3 wasn't syncing and won't pair now

I bought my Charge 3 at the start of August and this is the second time that I've experienced problems with it.

I'm very disappointed.

I noticed that my Fitbit wasn't synching so I unpaired the device with the intention of pairing again as this resolved the same issue a few weeks ago.

It hasn't worked this time.

I followed the advice to uninstall/ reinstall Fitbit, turned my phoned off /then back on, switched off my phone's Bluetooth / then on again/ checked that other local Bluetooth are turned off, but my Fitbit still does not work.

Neither the green LEDs on the back of my watch or the clock face are illuminated, but the watch still vibrates when I click it into its recharge cradle.

I carefully checked the charging connectors on the back of my watch and in the cradle to ensure they were clean and grime-free.

I have also checked the phone and Fitbit charging cables to ensure that they are in working order,

Still no change in the situation.

This is the first Fitbit I have owned and it has not been a good experience so far...

Does anyone have any other ideas?

Have you tried resetting the tracker? I don't see that in your list of things you have tried.

I have had trouble with connecting pairing and synching today and went through most of the steps you listed on iphone, Windows 10 PC and android phone with no success. Finally, I tried a reset of the tracker and it worked (on the second attempt).

For a reset,

- put the tracker on to charge

- press the button on the side in for around 8 seconds until a smiley face is displayed

- wait and see what happens

Good luck. I don't think there is anything more frustrating than trying to get a fitbit to sync.

Still won't work. I have now tried both soft and hard reboot and it won't
connect the two together. Never had trouble with this watch before. I
haven't even had it a full 2 years.

Hi,

Thanks for your suggestion. It's still not working. I think I need to request a replacement or a refund tbh...
