Charge 3 went black

My Charge 3 went black and then had white lines appear. It’s still tracking and syncing but screen remains black after many attempts to do a reset. (Held for 8 seconds. Also tried holding for 15 and taking it out of charger and putting back in). Every time I never see a smiley face or it turn on, however I do feel it vibrate once or twice. What else can I do?

Thanks for troubleshooting this display issue. If your tracker isn't turning on, I recommend taking a look at this post and follow the order in the instructions provided there.

It still isn’t working. When I press and hold for 15 seconds I feel the two
vibrations, but then the screen never turns back on.

I tried changing the clock face and it vibrates indicating the change, but
the screen remains black.
