Charge 3 went off and won't charge or turn on

Hi,

Earlier today my Charge 3 suddenly turned off (I've had it for ~10months, it's the first time this happens); the battery was not low, or at least I didn't get the usuale vibration to warn me about that.

I plugged it to the charger for a couple of hours but nothing happened; I actually noticed that it didn't vibrate when plugged to power (as it normally does), and it is now a bit warm. Still, it won't turn on.

I also tried to press the side button for 10+ seconds but nothing happens, it seems completely dead.

Has anyone experienced something like this, or knows how to fix it?
