These grey/white lines appeared on my lovely Fitbit yesterday. The swiping also appears sluggish. I love my fitbit & am so careful with it, it's only 7 months old. It's never gotten wet. I've tried rebooting with no joy. Please advise what I can do to make it perfect again?!
