I've had my Charge 3 for almost a year now, and recently started having issues. There are vertical white lines on the screen, the battery lasts less than 24 hours, and the touchscreen is unresponsive. Changing clock faces and resetting with the charging cable briefly gets the touchscreen working for no more than a couple of hours, but the white lines never disappear. Any suggestions?

I would recommend contacting Customer Support.

Same thing happened to me three times. Get it replaced under warranty before it expires.

Call customer service. I had the same thing happen and since I was still under my warranty, they sent me a new Charge 3.
