When I unplugged my charge 3, about a week ago, I noticed the screen was white with all these lines. I can still read the screen, but have also noticed that I can no longer scroll anything on it which also means I can’t leave the main screen and see any of my stats or battery life (unless I plug it in). I have tried changing the screen and clock and resetting the device, but those have done nothing. I have seen a few other posts from people saying similar things to this so wondering if this is a common problem? I would post a pic of the screen but don’t see anywhere to do that. I have loved my fitbits and really hope I can get this issue resolved. Thank you!
