White lines appeared on my display. I've read other posts and I've followed the reset directions about 6 times but it did not work. Are there any other options to get rid of the lines?
My second issue is my watch band broke. I purchased a new band but the connection on the unit will not latch onto the band. Please help.

Hi there @Nlee304, welcome to the Community Forums. Thank you so much for taking the time to restart your Charge 3 prior to contacting us.
Since the white lines are still appearing on your tracker's display, I've created a case to get you in contact with our Support Team about this. They will be able to work with you and review your options. Please keep a lookout in your inbox to the email address associated with this Fitbit account. Someone will be in contact with you soon!
In regards to the wristband not latching to your Charge 3, to make sure you've attached the band correctly, please press it into the end of the tracker until you feel it snap into place.
If you have trouble attaching the wristband or if it feels loose, gently move the wristband back and forth to make sure it's attached to the tracker.
Was my post helpful? Give it a thumbs up to show your appreciation! Of course, if this was the answer you were looking for, don't forget to make it the Best Answer! Als...

I broke original band and the replacement latched immediately. Wanting replace buckle side with new, removed and now new buckle side will not attach. Tried putting original buckle side back on and it too, will not latch. Upon closer inspection of tracker body, the twin dogs are not raised up to latch band as they are on opposite end. I need to know how to fix.
