Charge 3 white lines on the screen

I still have the white lines on my display.  I reset the Charge 3, followed the instructions, and nothing seems to work at all for getting rid of the lines.  Is there something else I can do?  I cleared the data, did the hard and soft resets, but still have the white lines.  I don't get the Charge 3 wet or use it in the shower, so I am not sure what happened.
