I have attempted to reset my Charge 3, to no avail. It occurred after I had attempted to recharge my device. I have been trying to contact Support but it has been difficult to get through. What are my options for solving this issue.

We're sorry for the hard time you had while reaching our Support Team, due to recent events affecting our operations, support options are limited and wait times are longer than usual.
