Charge 3 white lines on the screen

White lines appeared on my charge 3 today. I've reset it and changed clock face. Still nothing.  I've contacted support. Not heard anything back as yet

I had the same problem but I have black lines.

Hello, thanks for responding. I tried to restart my device but there weren't any changes. On my screen I see black lines but in the background it looked like white lines were moving in the screen going up so I don't know if that was part of restarting or if it was doing something because I can't see what is actually going on.

Hi @R727, thanks for getting back.

I created a support case on your behalf the last time you posted here. Our Support Team haven't heard back from you since 11/08, in order for them to address the issue with your Charge 3 display, could you please reply back to the email they sent to you? Note that the case was created under the email address you use for your Community profile.

Mine started this white lines business today. I emailed customer service so I’m hoping it can get fixed! I use my Fitbit all day at work!

Mine has white lines too and trouble syncing. It’s a few months out of warranty and all they offered was a discount on a new one.
