Charge 3 white lines on the screen

I am having a problem with Fitbit charge 3. I have reset it and it doesn't work. I have tried changing my clock faces and still don't work. I have did everything on my end to get my Fitbit to work again. No matter what I do, I still have white lines. Unable to see a normal screen.
