Hello! Just this evening my charge 3 started having a streaky screen. I've seen other people with the same problem on the forum. I've rebooted and cleared data, it doesn't make a difference. What are my options? Mine is just one year old! 😞

Try a Long Restart:

CHARGE 3 LONG RESTART
Connect the device to the charging cable.
While the device is plugged into the charging cable, press and hold the button down for 15 seconds.
The device turns on and shows a battery icon. Two vibrations occur: first a short vibration, then a medium vibration.
The device turns off.
The device turns on and shows a progress bar and short vibrations occur. The progress bar completes. Note: A total of 7 short vibrations occur.
Remove the device from the charging cable. The device shuts down.
Important: Plug the device into the charging cable again.

I've already done that twice, as I saw it in previous posts. It had no effect, and neither did clearing data.

Music to my ears @KFriedman😉 I'm glad to hear that you were offered a replacement.

Don't forget that you can set up your new Charge 3 on your currently Fitbit account without losing any previous data by following the steps below:

  1. Tap the Today tab and tap your profile picture.
  2. Tap Set Up a Device.
  3. Choose your device and follow the on-screen instructions to continue.

I'll be around if there's anything else I may do to help you.
