Only 8 months old and one month ago white verticle lines appeared in the center. Now the entire screen is covered by horizontal strobbing lines. Have factory reset about 10 times. This will only removes the verticle lines leaving the horizontal lines, but after a few hours the entire screen is strobbing again. This was a points reward via Flybuys, so I have no receipt to return this under warranty. Ideas?

Hi @Deborah007 Try restarting it several times and also try a Long Restart. If they dont help then you will need to contact Support.
CHARGE 3 LONG RESTART
Plug the device into the charging cable. While the device is plugged into the charging cable, hold the button down for 15 seconds. Remove your finger from button. Note: Device won't have a smiley face icon and should be off with a black screen. Remove the device from the charging cable. Plug the device into the charging cable again. The smiley face icon appears on the screen.
