Charge 3 white lines on the screen

After recharging today (batterij was very low) my charge3 has Grey/White lines from top to Bottom. I've tried restarting my Fitbit through the settings menu and performed a long restart while on the charger, with no luck. What should I do? Have had my charge3 since June 2019.
