So I've looked through other threads and haven't found a solution.
My Fitbit Charge 3 works completely normally: it charges (currently at 95% battery according to the app) and will give me movement reminders at the correct times. I've had these screen issues for nearly a week now and this has been true throughout that time. However, there is no display at all, even when I attempt a restart.
I have tried the following:
1. Restarted it per the guidelines on this forum's megathread. When I hold the power button while it's charging it will buzz after only 2 seconds, but nothing after that. It appears to be unable to truly restart.
2. Changed the clock face. I have changed the clock face in the app to several different displays (then manually synced my fitbit) on a couple different days and it's not doing anything.
3. Checked for updates through the app store. It appears that I have the most recent version of the app.
Any help someone can give me would be greatly appreciated.

Just wanted to add that I tried going through the support chat half an hour ago but the chatbot was completely useless. Is there any way to talk to a human?
