My Charge 3 was paired with my Moto g8 power from January, when I bought it, until October, about 10 months working fine. All of a sudden I noticed that data was not syncing to my phone any longer. I rebooted, deleted fitbit app, deleted devices from my phone, tried to pair again, and also to another phone. still wont pair to my moto g8 power.

I'm a charge 3 owner and in a little less than a year, having the same problems, refuses to pair with my moto5. Tech support couldn't help me. Considering replacing but leery of another one going bad on me. ☹️
