Charge 3 will no longer turn on

Last night my Charge 3 device woke me up with a constant vibration. There was no phone call, alarm, or other notification to cause it to vibrate. The device just began to vibrate nonstop. I managed to reboot it using my iPhone app, but it started vibrating again immediately thereafter. I threw it in my laundry basket on the other side of the room and went back to sleep. When I woke up this morning, the device was powered off and unresponsive. I plugged it into a charger for several hours, but it won’t turn back on. Holding down the button for 15 seconds while it’s on the charger does nothing for me. I cannot get this thing to power on anymore. I have had this device for about a year and never had a problem with it. I’d love to get it working again!

Hello there @Kaitlyn642, thanks for stopping by!  If your Charge 3 is still not turning on, please restart your device by following these steps

If the restart doesn't work, check on the Fitbit app if your Charge 3 is still syncing. If so, change the clock face to a different one to see if this brings back the display. Don't worry if you cannot see anything on the display by now, this process is done through the Fitbit app.

I am now experiencing this same problem. I did do the last update. I can’t recall exactly when. The Fitbit stopped syncing to my phone on 9/2. I ‘forgot’ it from the Bluetooth connection, and it will not discover it. Now it will it power on at all. I have it on the charger and have tried the 8 second and 15 second resets. It is not responding at all now. Not sure what time try next?
