Charge 3 will not charge and has black lines across the screen

Hi. I am having huge problems with my Charge 3, which I have had for less than 6 months. I have black lines across the screen and have tried various strategies, as advised in this forum, and am now unable to charge the device at all. I have again tried the strategies suggested here. Could I please ask for individual contact from the support team? Many thanks.

I am having similar issues, black lines getting worse and restarts/clock have changes not doing anything. Can some one please contact me for assistance.

I have the same problem with a Fitbit Charge 3 purchased in February.  I've had two replacements sent and both failed to activate.  Fitbit customer service advised they would send a 3rd replacement.  I' am waiting for notification that it is being sent.  I've promptly returned the two failed replacements.  I'm frustrated with Fitbit customer service as well as the product.  I would appreciate a pro-active contact from Fitbit regarding my poor experience.
