Charge 3 will not hold a charge

Updated firmware July 31, 2020 and immediately after the update my tracker will not hold a charge. Once unplugged from the charger, it goes from 100% to 0% in less than a minute. Contacted FB and they refuse to acknowledge the update altered the tracker. Warranty of a year has expired so according to their policy, they cannot do anything to stand behind their product. I asked to be in contact with a manager and they said someone from their ‘Special teams’ would contact me. Still waiting! Completely not concerned about customer satisfaction.

Thank you for your response! I’m very disappointed I spent so much time having to explain my issue and then no satisfactory resolution to help rectify the unusable tracker. I expected Fitbit as a company to stand behind their product and accept responsibility that the firmware upgrade caused the tracker battery to malfunction. Not sure I would recommend your product to my friends and workout buddies. I will definitely share my experience!

Regards,
Sharon
