Charge 3 will not pair with my mobile device

My Charge 3 has not synced since about Jan 27th. It will not pair with my android phone anymore. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the newest app, restarted my phone and switched bluetooth on and off multiple times, reset the charge 3 multiple times. It will not pair.

My charge 3 has not synced since Jan 28th. It won't even pair.

I'm having this issue also, but with a brand new Charge 3. I've made sure my Android phone is compatible (Galaxy S20), turned off all other Bluetooth devices, turned Bluetooth off, then on again, made sure my Fitbit is charged & close by. Done a phone update & restarted the phone. The Fitbit app on the phone finds the tracker but won't connect & I've lost count of the number of attempts I've made to connect it. Phenomenally frustrating to say the least.

Hello @thomakg it's great to see you around! @Pandaj, welcome to the community forums!

Thank you for the troubleshooting steps you've followed and I'm very sorry for the experience! @thomakg @Pandaj if you have unpaired your Charge 3 from your Fitbit account, I suggest you to remove the connection between your phone and your Charge 3 as well. For this, please make sure to follow the steps below:

*On your phone, tap Settings > Bluetooth > the information icon next to the name of your Fitbit device > Forget This Device.

*Open the Fitbit app and set up the connection again. You should receive a message asking you to allow your Fitbit device to pair with your phone. Tap Pair to approve the request. Also, please make sure no other mobile devices are nearby as this can interfere with the set up or sync process. For setup, please check this help article: Why can't I set up my Fitbit device?

On a side note, please note that the Fitbit App works well with any mobile device that meets the requirements listed in this link

Hope this helps!

That doesn't help. My fitbit shows up on the bluetooth sporadically. It doesn't show that its ever been connected. When it appears I try to pair it. Doesn't work.

I've also cleared my bluetooth cache. It was working and now its not. I see that there have been a lot of problems in the last month. Will Fitbit replace my device? My husband already has a Garmin. Mayne that's my answer.
