My phone will find the Fitbit, but it gets stuck on the connecting page. It will not move from here. I have turned phone on and off, I have deleted my old fitbit from my account, I have turned off Bluetooth, I have done all the steps for troubleshooting; Nothing works!!!!

Mine is doing the same thing. This is a replacement Charge 3. My other one had the white lines through it. After, trouble shooting the company sent me a replacement, which I very much appreciated. I deleted the first (defective) one and added my new one. I had no trouble pairing and syncing it, but two days after that it quit syncing. So, I deleted the 2nd fitbit and started over. Now, it will locate my Fitbit, it sends me the code, and that's as far as I get. It just spins!!!I have spent several hours trying to trouble shoot with no luck. I called Customer Care today and spent at least 30 MORE minutes trouble shooting with the agent. After all that she asked me what kind of phone I had and then told me it was not fully supported. I tried to explain to her that I have had this phone the entire time I have had my fitbit and did not have this issue until the last update. She said that I need to try pairing it to another device or ask someone to borrow their device to try and pair it with. All my friends and family have Apple and I do not have another Android, and don't plan on buying a new phone any time soon. I am very frustrated, because my fitbit has been very helpful with my exercise goals, tracking sleep, etc. I am about to give up on FITBIT, and rethink what I was planning to get someone for Christmas.
