Fitbit Charge 3 will not log my Sleep. Anyone else having issues with the app?
My Fitbit 3 is fully charged, also reset watch, also uninstalled & reinstalled app. I also cleaned my cache on the app. Is it time to look into another watch? Anyone with these issues?

Hello @Beyardoe. Welcome to the community forums.
I'm very sorry for the experience and thank you very much for the information and for the troubleshooting steps you've tried prior to posting. At this time, I'd like to let you know that there was an inconvenience affecting health metrics, sleep and heart rate but this inconvenience should be resolved by now.
If your Charge 3 is still not tracking or syncing your sleep, I'd recommend performing a second restart to your Charge 3 by following the instructions here: How do I restart my Fitbit device?
In addition, please try to change the sleep sensitivity setting. For example, if your sleep is now set to normal, try to change it to sensitive and test your Fitbit device. Take into consideration that normal mode can work well if you make significant movements like rolling over, your device records time spent awake. This setting is appropriate for most users. In sensitive mode, your device records nearly all movements as time spent restless or awake. This setting may be helpful if you wake up feeling tired even though your sleep history shows sufficient rest.

Hope this helps.
