My charge 3 will power up to the smiley face then shut off in seconds

@Gotti94 , A warm welcome to the Community! Thank you for your message.

Please plug the Charge 3 to it's charging cable and this to a USB port. Let it charge for at least 30 minutes. 
Afterwards, let the Charge 3 plugged and press the dented button for 8 seconds. You should see the smiley again and the Charge 3 should stay on and restarted.
