Charge 3 with 20% of charge

Once my Charge 3 battery gets to 20% it no longer functions as a watch ... and screen options can't be accessed. It means that effectively it only displays data (other than battery status) when the battery is between 21% and 100%. I imagine it is still recording steps, etc. though.

Welcome to the Community, @Rzazzle.

When you tracker reaches 20% of battery, it will display the battery icon. But, if you press the home button you will be able to keep seeing your information. Have you tried to press the home button when the icon appears?.

I hope to hear from you soon. 🙂

Hi Alejandra,

I'll try that next time the battery gets low. At the moment it's almost fully charged.

Thanks for getting back to me.

Cheers,

Rhonda
