Hi,

 

I have a Samsungs S8 with latest updates and latest fitbit app and a Charge 3 with the latest updates. When I use the bike training, it connects to my GPS. However somewhere during the bike ride, the GPS connection stops and sometimes comes back on. I have tried it with apps on my phone and they always have the GPS connection. It worked till about 3 months ago, so something screwed the setting.

I have reinstalled the fitbit app, restarted the phone, recoupled the fitbit with my phone and checked all battery settings and fitbit app permissions.

 

Can you please help me to figure this out, as it is quite annoying.

Can anybody help me please. Is there a setting within the Fitbit app or on Android that I have overlooked which ensures that the connection between the fitbit and my phone stays active?

 

Please, I would like to use the fitbit as intended.
