Charge 3 with white horizontal lines & won’t hold charge

About 2 weeks ago my charge 3 started displaying white horizontal lines on top of watch. When fully charged it will only last 1 day before saying it needs to be charged. I have hard started it, changed the clock face but nothing helps. Today it started to not show face display when I turn my wrist to look at the time. Please help!! I really love my Fitbit & would like this issue fixed.

I'm sorry to hear that your Fitbit Charge 3 is not working properly. Thank you for the information provided and for trying to resolve the issue before contacting us.

 

On this case, please restart your Tracker by following the steps on this article. If this doesn't work, you can perform a long restart:

 

  1. Connect the device to the charging cable. 
  2. While the device is plugged into the charging cable, press and hold the button down for 15 seconds. 
  3. The device turns on and shows a battery icon. Two vibrations occur: first a short vibration, then a medium vibration. 
  4. The device turns off.
  5. The device turns on and shows a progress bar and short vibrations occur. The progress bar completes. Note: A total of 7 short vibrations occur. 
  6. Remove the device from the charging cable. The device shuts down.
  7. Important: Plug the device into the charging cable again.

 

To extend the battery life of your Charge 3, you can follow these recommendations.

 

If the display still doesn't turn on when you turn your wrist towards you, please press and hold the side button until you see a hidden menu. If the Screen Wake icon appears dim with a line through it, please tap on it to turn it On. Otherwise, turn it off and back on.
