My Fitbit charge 3 was not used for couple of months.
I connected it to the charger for few hours not but the display is blank.
I tried to reset it by pressing the side switch for more than 8 secs but display is still blank.
Only thing that happens it makes a vibrating noise if I press the side switch.
Any clues ?

Upon checking with our Support team, I was told that you have already contacted them. I know they will be glad to help you out and provide a solution.
