Had this charge 3 since November 2018.  Fitbit will not charge, no sync, won’t reset and gets very hot while plugged in.  Very frustrating.  And of course I can no longer return it to the store.  Any ideas how to fix this issue?

My Fitbit Charge 3 was buzzing constantly. I did the recommended steps. Then it would not sync and I did the recommended steps.  Now, it has over heated and seems to be fried. It does not work. I’ve had it for all of 3 months. I’m

I have joined the group of overheating Fitbit that doesn’t charge. Bought mine in fall 2019.  This is my third Fitbit. I have Fitbit charge 3. How can I contact customer service.

I have the same problem. Charge 3 just stopped working. It said it needed a charge, I charged it, it got extremely hot and won’t turn on. It’s not paired as it was and shows no sign of life when I tap the face. It is only a few months old. I replaced my previous Fitbit that just died after a couple years with this Charge 3.  This is my third Fitbit. I’m beginning to doubt my loyalty to Fitbit. I love the product when it works, but I’m questioning the quality of their products.
